Well worth the asking price. I was impressed by the quality of the rig right out of the box. The wood slats appear to be very solid with zero warping and a nice smooth finish. The packaging was perfectly simple, honestly I don't see why any elaborate padding would ever be necessary. I opened up one end of the box, slid it out onto the lawn. I was then able to roll out the hammock between the two trees I had in mind (completely tangle-free), set up the eyebolts (included), hook each end, then adjust the stretch to exactly where I wanted it (a fair amount of chain is included for adjustment). Ridiculously simple and easy. The hammock itself is amazingly comfortable in no small part due to the DuraCord material. I couldn't tell it was synthetic. It feels just like cotton or similar natural fiber. Against skin it doesn't chafe or otherwise irritate, it's actually very soft, imo. I can't comment on its durability since I've only had it up for a month, but it is used a couple times on weekends, although not so much on weekdays. The better half likes to curl up and read in it and is perfectly content to spend a fair chunk of time just relaxing. Excellent value for less than $120! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this versus the cheaper and less expensive hammocks out there. I really feel like I did get what I paid for.

I ordered this hammock to replace one I had hanging between two trees that was totally worn out. Unfortunately this hammock was much longer than the one I was replacing. Who knew hammocks came in different lengths. I should have measured the distance between the trees. So I may have to order a hammock stand that will fit this hammcock because I can't move the trees. I could send it back but I think the quality of this hammock is much better than the one it is replacing and seems strudier. So next summer we get the stand that will fit the hammock.

Bought this for my second home / vacation rental in Hawaii. My previous hammock had turned black with mold after a few months and nobody told me. Ick! (Yeah, what are property managers for anyway?) So I got this one and it has been left outside in the rain and humidity for almost 2 years, and never looked dirty. So that was great. In June it was fine, but now in September we just showed back up and the wood slat is rotted away and broken in two. We don't know what some renter may have done to it, but still it is clear the wood is rotted so it probably wasnt their fault. I am still getting another one of these, because I don't know another better choice. But since this is anti-mildewing rope, maybe the wood should be treated better, or metal used.

Soft netting, very comfortable. Other than that, the quality wasn't there. The rope was frayed upon arrival. Factory 2nd ??? I had to seal the ends to keep them from unraveling. Price a little cheaper than stores.

Nice hammock! Looked around, found this one had consistently good ratings. The rope is soft to the touch but durable, the color hides any dust/dirt. A bit on the pricey side, but well worth the money. Well made.

I like it because works perfect and it is not twee, I bought 2 one for me, the other as a present for friend who is interior design, she loved it.

I have used this style hummingbird feeder for several years. It works wonderfully well with clear homemade nectar. The flower-shaped feeders each have a small amount of red around their center. It is much more attractive than the red plastic feeders. However, it is definitely overpriced here at $25+. The local hardware stores and WalMart all sell this feeder for under $13 each.

I bought 2 of his houses, I have them up high on my arbour. They look great, don't know if any bird will move in, but like some have said, the opening does seem a bit small for Texas' birds! All in all they are well made.

The bird house is nice to look at and well made, the only thing I found out the the opening is too small or maybe the Texas Wren are too big? so I hope some little bird will find it apealling, but right now is vacant.. Nina

The birdhouse is made with great workmanship. We hope the birds like it as much as we do.

I received this product today and there was no hardware included..even though it did say it wasn't included I just find it foolish that it doesn't come with it. Now I have to find the proper size hardware necessary to mount it.
