I purchased this after trying to find the right key for a Korean wall clock my mother found in the garbage. Most online sites wanted 5-10 dollars for just one key and their system for measuring the winder was very peculiar, measuring from the base of the winding stem instead of just the width of its head. After rejecting these as too costly for the risk of getting the wrong key, I decided to go with this universal model. It fit my clock perfectly and I've been using it ever since. If you've got a mysterious clock with no brand and nothing to help you find the right key, this is a fair gamble. You've got five chances to get it right.

my husband is a geologist..Im interested in Petrology ...He is also and Astronomer and has made his own lenses....He liked them so much that he has taken ownership....might have to order another one for me the price is a bargain for the quality.

For mushroom foragers this considerably facilitates identification of gourmet & hallucinogenic species that often have toxic look-alikes. It's a perfect gift for kids who are curious about the world around them & like to examine the details of plants, flowers, foods, fabrics, etc., etc.

I like it! The loupe, that is. It's a new experience seeing things that close. Really close. It took me a little to get used to using the loupe; i didn't know i had to practically stick my eye into the loupe to see what i wanted to see. And getting the light right for lighting up the surface of what i was looking at was a challenge, too. This is because i didn't know what i was doing, and had to learn as i played with it. It didn't take long to get used to using it. It seems adequate for what i want to use it for - checking out jewelry. But would also make some strange looking bugs even stranger, up close, and maybe too personal. Good value for the money; i have no regrets!

This is a great little loupe. I use it all the time and not only just for jewelry. Very compact and easy to carry.

I purchased this Zippo back in 2005. I enjoy it more for it's sentimental value, than anything else. The finish does wear off quickly (mine wore off in about 3 months) however the finish is designed to do so. I think it actually looks better now with authentic scratches and then it did with the finish. That's part of the beauty of copper; it will always look a little different when you take it out of your pocket then it did going in. Pros: Zippo guarantee, natural vintage look, very durable (I've dropped it many times on solid concrete and it hardly puts a dent on it, it's also been through the washing machine and worked fine after I dried out the cotton). Cons: Lighter fluid evaporates quickly, as it does with all zippos, Zippo fluid, flints, and wicks only, (I used a non-zippo flint and it wore down my flint-wheel so I had to replace it) leaves your pants smelling like lighter fluid, and lastly don't drop it while lit.

These copper lighters are of bad quality. The antique aspect is removed after one or two years. Pity...

My husband is a geologist, I m interested in Petrology...these lenses are of great quality and the price is a bargain...my husband is also a astronomer and has made his own lenses...and was so impressed by the quality of these lenses that he has sort of taken ownership over them, might have to get another one for me.

This product appears to be well made and the strength (10x by 21 mm) is well suited to my needs for examination. I would surely consider this manufacturer in the future.

This book is very thorough and covers a lot of material. I was looking for something simple to do my own maintenance, and this book goes way beyond. This is geared more for the serious hobbyist looking to sit down and spend some serious study time!

This is a very detailed book with good drawings and explainations of proceedures and tools to help you understand what it takes to do watch repair. It's taken me a little effort to understand his style of writting, I think you could call it old english, considering the time and place it was written. A very good book for someone who wants to do any level of watch repair. This book will stay in my library.

Paying 5-6 dollars for a 50 cent battery is ridiculous. Buy the tools, and the battery packs for 50 to 75 cents each, and put them in yourself. It's easy to do, just a little practice, and it's a piece of cake.

This is a very good book for working on the watches of antiquity... you know, the wind ups. But, if you are looking for a primer on repairing battery watches...LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! The information included regarding modern watches is severely limited. Maybe I'll relist this book and sell it as slightly used.

its an old book , so you wont find much about quartz watches, but its fun to read it.
