I ordered this clock for my kitchen after the clock I had for 24 years stopped working. My old clock was made by New Haven, just like the one pictured here. I received my bronze tea pot clock only to see it was a different brand. After some investigation and speaking to the parent company (Kirch & Co.), I found out that the New Haven brand name as well as the brand name on this clock are owned by Kirch & Co. I was assured by the parent company that this clock would provide years of service just like my old one. I love the look of the clock, and it also keeps accurate time. I would definitely recommend this clock for anyone in the market for a nice kitchen clock.

I received the teapot an it had a ding in it. The little round legs looked like it was melded by some inexperenced worker. Around the spout , it was copper color. Very poor workmanship. Inside was very rough. I thought it would be smooth, but it looked like I would have to boil it a few times just to make sure nothing would leach out. It is also very very small. I decided to return it. I called the number on the invoice and they said someone would call me back. No one ever called so I called again. The person answering the phone said, this is not customer service, this is the sales department. Finally I received an email from Amazon which told me where to send the item. Then they didn't refund me the full amount. No reason given. I call the number again and of course they said someone will call me back and no one ever did. I ended up paying $15.22 for shipping and another $8.63 for no apparent reason. They didn't bother to give a reason why I didn't get a full refund. Don't buy this unless you are absolutely sure you would like it. I have bought things on Amazon before and this is the first time I had to return something and it took a long time to look for a number to call. I would be very careful if I were to order on Amazon again.

This is my favorite teapot. Lots of my friends love it as well. It's very well made, and has lots of considerable feature. Highly recommended!

I am a major tea drinker, everyday, so this is getting lots of use. It not only is sooo cute it's light weight and I am impressed with how long it stays hot. I wrap a dish towel around it. Love this pot!

This is an excellent Tea Pot. My wife makes tea 4 or 5 times a day. This tea pot keeps the tea warm longer than any other pot she has used. We also love the way it looks. It reminds me of Sputnik (only older people will know what I am talking about). The only reason I failed to give it five stars is that after about 2 years (at least 1460 pots of tea) it starts to leak where the spout is attached to the body. We are on our third tea pot now, and will undoubtedly purchase another when this one leaks.

Very extensive collection of pots. There were several I have never seen before in any other publication. Could be organized in a more user friendly manner, but would still reccomend the book to any Hall collector.

Yesterday I received this beautiful book on Tea and Coffee Pots that have been produced by the Hall China Company. If you collect Tea and/or Coffee Pots this is a must have book. It has all the Tea and Coffee Pots that the Hall China Company produced from 1903 to today. The just released book by Gary and Paula Barnebey has over 800 color photos in this 240-page book. This is a well written and researched book has an extensive bibliography. The book contains Tables with general color lines produced through the years and availability over time, a color chart, and much, much more.
